National implementing rules and later amendments prevail. UAE consumer information and invoices require Arabic; Italian/English pages do not fulfil that requirement. Return address, tax/customs model, transfer safeguards, required EU representation and the harmonised legal-guarantee notice applicable from September 2026 remain to be checked. Sales/payments remain disabled until these requirements are completed.
